Kindness Learned from Roy

Ashly Bradley "gay advocate"

July 31, 2016

The other day I was listening to this lil guy that moved in and he was complaining that someone had stolen his radio before they moved him. It made me think back to Roy and the shoes. So I yelled down the tier to the radio repair man and sent him a kite (letter on a string) to see if he had a lil radio that worked I could buy for this lil youngster. He did with some ear buds and when I told him what is was for he said he was in need of 2 stamps to write his family which I had and he sent the radio on the string to my cell. I then had an officer give it to the lil saying that it came from someone. Has a heart for everyone. The officer came back to me and said the lil guy just started crying and said that he didn’t think anyone in the F***ed up place cared about him. He still don’t know who did it, but when I go down to the shower, he puts a smile on my face as he’s bumping around his cell jamming to his radio. He might be about 16 or 17.
